বিগত বছর গুলির মত এই বছরও সতীর্থ মালবাজারের পক্ষ থেকে অর্থনৈতিকভাবে অনগ্রসর একাদশ ও দ্বাদশ শ্রেনীর ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের পাঠ্য পুস্তক বিতরন করা হবে। এই কারণে মালবাজার ও তার পার্শ্ববতী এলাকার অন্তর্গত আর্থিকভাবে সমস্যাগ্রস্ত একাদশ ও দ্বাদশ শ্রেনীর ছাত্রছাত্রীদের কাছে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে তাদের প্রয়োজনীয় পাঠ্যপুস্তকের তালিকাসহ নিচের আবেদনপত্রটি পূরণ করে নিম্নোক্ত ইমেইল আইডিতে জমা করতে –
আবেদনপত্রে নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়গুলির উল্লেখ থাকা জরুরী –
১. ছাত্র / ছাত্রীর নাম ও ঠিকানা,
২. বিদ্যালয়ের নাম ও ঠিকানা,
৩. অভিভাবকের নাম, পেশা এবং মাসিক আয়,
৪. প্রয়োজনীয় পাঠ্যপুস্তকের নাম, লেখকের নাম, প্রকাশকের নাম ও মোট বইয়ের সংখ্যা,
৫. অভিভাবকের মোবাইল নাম্বার,
৬. শিক্ষার্থীর, অভিভাবকের ও বিদ্যালয়ের প্রধান শিক্ষক / শিক্ষিকার স্বাক্ষর,
আবেদনপত্রটির সাথে নিম্নোক্ত প্রমানপত্র যোগ করা আবশ্যিক :
১. স্হানীয় কাউন্সিলরের থেকে বাসস্থানের প্রমানপত্রের ফটো,
২. স্হানীয় কাউন্সিলরের থেকে পিতা/মাতার মাসিক আয়ের প্রমানপত্রের / BPL রেশন কার্ডের ফটো,
৩. মাধ্যমিক / একাদশ শ্রেনীর পরীক্ষার মার্কশিটের ফটো,
আবেদনপত্র জমা দেওয়ার শেষ তারিখ : ২১ শে সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২১

पिछले वर्षों की तरह इस वर्ष भी कक्षा XI और XII के आर्थिक रूप से पिछड़े छात्रों को सतीर्थ मालबाजार कि ओर से पाठ्यपुस्तकों का वितरण किया जाएगा। इस कारण से, मालबाजार और इसके आस-पास के क्षेत्रों में आर्थिक रूप से परेशान छात्रों से अनुरोध है कि आवश्यक पाठ्यपुस्तकों की सूची के साथ निम्नलिखित आवेदन पत्र भरें और इसे निम्नलिखित ईमेल आईडी पर जमा करें:
कृपया अपने आवेदन में सभी विवरणों का उल्लेख करें।
1. छात्र /छात्री का नाम और पता,
2. छात्र /छात्री के स्कूल का नाम और पता,
3. माता-पिता का नाम, उपजिबिका और मासिक / वार्षिक आय,
4. माता-पिता का मोबाइल फोन नंबर,
5. लेखक और प्रकाशक का नाम और अनुरोधित पुस्तकों की कुल संख्या के साथ पुस्तकों के नाम,
6. छात्र /छात्री, अभिभावक और छात्र/छात्री के स्कूल के प्रधाण शिक्षक या प्रधाण शिक्षिका का हस्ताक्षर II
आबेदन पत्र के साथ ईन दस्ताबेजो को भी प्रस्तुत किया जाये:~
1. रेजीडेंसी प्रूफ (कृपया एक फोटोकॉपी प्रदान करें),
2. माता-पिता की आय प्रमाण /विवरण की फोटोकॉपी /बीपीएल राशन कार्ड,
3. माध्यमिक या ११ वीं कक्षा की परीक्षा की मार्कशीट की फोटोकॉपी.

Every year Satirtha Malbazar performs a “Book Distribution Event”. This year also textbooks to economically backward class XI and XII students will be distributed to Malbazar and its Vicinity. Therefore, Satirtha Malbazar is urging the above eligible students in the following application format as attached.
Please mention all the details in your application.
1. Name and address of the Student,
2. Name and address of the School of the student,
3. Parents’ Name, Occupation, and monthly/Yearly income,
4. Parents’ Mobile Phone number,
5. Books Name with Author and/or Publisher’s Name and the total number of Books requesting,
6. Signature of the Student, Parent, and the Head Master/Mistress of the Student’s School
These proofs will assist the benefit
1. Residency Proof (Please provide a photocopy),
2. Income Proof details of parent /photocopy of BPL Ration Card),
3. Photocopy of Marksheet of Madhyamik or 11th Class Examination

Book distribution
We distributed books to class selected meritorious but needy students of class 10 and H.S of 3 schools around Malbazar. In total of 30 students were given books, education accessories and school stationary.
ARSHI
ARSHI- is a health awareness program for adolescent female students to educate them about the Menstruation cycle, reproductive health. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness during Menstruation cycle using home made cloth pads and also the simple steps to make cloth pads in home.
Sports kit distribution
Only education is not enough for growth. Sports or physical activity is equally important for over all development for the students. We not only understand that but strongly believe that. Hence we have provided sports kit, comprising of various sports equipment for all ages to 4 primary schools covering 450+ students.
